If you ask people about the great marvels in #AviationHistory, I think only aficionados and experts will name the #Antonov #An124 and yet it is unrivalled in many categories and although it has been designed to fulfill the needs of the #SovietUnion it has proven almost irreplaceable in the civil air cargo transport market. And all that with now 40 years in service!
To me, it doesn't get a lot more impressive than that!
