The world was interesting for its own <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/grisha" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>grisha</span></a> systems, but the story itself and the characters felt a bit empty and cliché.</p><p>However, even the first book was enough to make me want to read the next one.<br>By the middle of the second book, the story and characters became more interesting.
