Jürgen :verigreen:🌗🪐🌌<p>Ein Kommentar im "Der Standard" zum Urteil gegen <a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/LePen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>LePen</span></a> irritiert mich ein wenig.</p><p>Dort wird es als "kurzsichtiges Urteil" angesehen wegen der "<a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/Opferrolle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Opferrolle</span></a>".</p><p>Kann man so betrachten, aber systematischen Veruntreuung von Politys zeigt doch eindeutig, dass jemand NICHT fähig ist gesetzeskonform(!!) zu handeln, was Politys IMMER tun sollten. Ohne Ausnahme, ohne "Bekanntheitsbonus" oder sonst was.</p><p>Sollen wir <a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/Korruption" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Korruption</span></a>, <a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/Veruntreuung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Veruntreuung</span></a> usw. von Politys als "<a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/Kavaliersdelikt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kavaliersdelikt</span></a>" abhandeln? Soll man Wählys die <a href="https://tyrol.social/tags/Rechtssprechung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Rechtssprechung</span></a> überlassen??? Free courts (vehmic courts) have existed since Germanic times, especially in Westphalia.<br>
The free court always met at a specific location. Under the chairmanship of the free earl, the aldermen administered justice in the presence of all the freemen.<br>
The court dealt with murder, theft, arson, fornication, treason and heresy, among other things.<br>
Originally, only the death penalty was known, which was carried out by the bailiff or the aldermen, but later other punishments were also used.<br>

Mich hat die Stadt Stuttgart angeschrieben deswegen (weil ich Wahlhelferin bin). Ich war unsicher, ob ich mich da bewerben will, jetzt habe ich erfahren, dass in rechten Kreisen dafür geworben wird, sich zu bewerben. Das hat jetzt den Ausschlag gegeben, dass ich mich bewerbe.
