@Codeberg Good advice. Thank you!
@Codeberg If that happens, I'll just break into the Codeberg HQ, steal an SSH key, SSH my way into the server and... wish I had payed more attention during my infrastructure courses.
I keep my 2FA logins stored in an encrypted keepass file stored on Nextcloud. Just my way of doing things.
@Codeberg i've got it 3-time-backuped and encrypted.
@Codeberg
Thank you for the reminder.
I have ten (10) recovery codes for Mindly, stored in a text file on one of my USB flash drives.
Is that what's considered "scratch tokens" and/ or TOTP app or a backup hardware key?
@Codeberg I don't use 2FA, too much anxiety. I don't want to tie my access to accounts to anything that can't be solved from my memory or the backups of my logins in various formats.
@Codeberg I've a password manager, the 2FA is on my phone or a security key. The masterpassword is in my head. Also I have another laptop & tablet to restore everything.
