Technically, this colorful character is a kawaii version of a traditional Hungarian human-shaped vessel. Practically, it looks like a kawaii version of "NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION". It's a small round man with a large moustache, large eyes, little stumpy arms, dressed in red and pink, apparently running after a bus he has missed.

@TarkabarkaHolgy What is the building in the background? What else can be seen in the background? The manga person in the foreground really takes the eye, so my question is, is the background just noise or has it also meaning?
