Technically, this colorful character is a kawaii version of a traditional Hungarian human-shaped vessel. Practically, it looks like a kawaii version of "NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION". It's a small round man with a large moustache, large eyes, little stumpy arms, dressed in red and pink, apparently running after a bus he has missed.

Two cholorful characters, one dressed in red, the other in green. The red seems to be a small round woman, smiling, with a red hairpice and on eyellow circle in the middle of her cloth (under the neck). The green seems to be a small roundman with a large mustache. Both have big eyes, little stumpy arms are waving at us.
