KDE release the release candidate for the 6.13.0 frameworks, time to test drive these together with experimental Qt6 6.8.3 here. :)
Using (an uptodate) KDevelop is a handy IDE for Haiku (as there are others like the native Genio IDE). :)
@Krita This screenshot was from building Krita in Terminal, while using DESTDIR it looked like not all was in place, when packaged to has the more native Haiku look and feel, thanks for the icons by 3dEyes!

OpenSCAD 2021.01 now availabe on HaikuOS (64bit only for now).

It is using a port of NVK for Vulkan support. This is the first screenshot of GPU acceleration in Haiku with an NVIDIA GPU.
Still good and on track for building and running KDevelop on Haiku, for this QtWebengine has been patched out as we don't have this one for Qt6. Already had 24.12.3 up and running, now checked building and packaging today's master checkout. Looks good! (me happy) 
When I started looking into KDE there was something poking my nerves for quite some time until last year at FOSDEM (2024), how could one switch color schemes in the KDE applications?
One hurdle was down and I started experimenting with several ones, fine you would say? No! :)
Konsole still didn't want to follow color-schemes no matter what I tried, until today, found out (thanks Fedora VM) how they worked and then started checking this on Haiku.
It's live! Amarok 3.2.2 has been released for Haiku.
After spending quite some time on it, it's finally done, is it perfect? No, but it's usable and running fine on my checks, so no use in holding back on it. A big thanks to upstream maintainer for thinking along and helping in making this possible! 
Gotta love #Haiku OS with its ability to make old hardware somewhat usable again. Bringing life to Acer Aspire One D255 netbook. Hate that stupid French Canadian/iso keyboard bs still.
It's out! r2dec-js a decompiler plugin for radare2 (version 5.9.8) was just released, I already did a recipe to build it on Haiku, but finished this up and merged it at haikuports. You can now use this in Terminal or in the Iaito application.

Updated at haikuports, Vim 9.1.1147, a small patch was needed to bring us on par with current release, this has just been up streamed in a PR awaiting approval.
Back on track on building Haiku from source and launching with Qemu :)
